“Good bright informative website which allowed me to choose a shopping trolley from their available range. Customer service 1st class and delivery earlier than expected. Quality of trolley good, so expecting it will be "in service" for the foreseeable future. Shopping Trolleys Direct get my vote for all round value for money.”

“1. Nice sturdy shopping trolley 2. Easy to manoeuvre 3. Slimline 4. Good frame with velcro strip to close the lid and good side panels to keep the in bag shape. 5. Only downfall it is a bit awkward to pull on and off a bus when the bag is full will take weeks shopping easily including litres of milk etc.”

“I love this trolly but I'm bit concerned bout Handel tho.i think this will be the first thing to go on it.there seems to be too much give when pressure is put on it it also would be good if something was put on the swivel wheels to stop them going round but overall so long as the Handel dosnt go I love it especially the way it folds up like a pram”

“bought this as I had one last year and it was o.k This one looked exactly the same so was happy to order Firstly I could not loosen the black fixtures on the handles I tried for hours and could not get them to budge up or down and eventually I had to use a hammer and flat file to bash it up I then I discover that I cannot lower the handle it will not go lower than it has been manufactured it will not go down as the screws ( rivets ) block it result is it is too high and I cannot push the trolley I can only roll it which is totally unacceptable as by not pushing it I cannot control it and have sometimes stumbled as it stops dead when I try to go up the pavement I am really very disappointed you need to check one yourself to see what I mean I also would not have bought it If I was aware it was made in China Mary”

“Ordered as a present. Therefore I have not yet opened or assembled the trolley. However the retailer had a wide and diverse range of products at very competitive prices. Furthermore, ordering was straightforward and my purchase was dispatched promptly and has arrived in good condition.”

“Unfortunately, no instructions to help assemble your trolley. Not easy. Previous trolley, an identical model, had been purchased ready assembled from a store. Needed a replacement as its wheel had snapped off over a kerb (heavy bowls in bag) and had been put out for dustmen so couldn't compare wheel assembly.”
