“I am delighted with my shopping trolley (though not with the reason for needing it!) It is lightweight and, with it's big wheels, it runs along nicely. The parcel was very well wrapped and delivery was quick. I have no hesitation in recommending Shopping Trolleys Direct.”

“Quite happy with my shopping trolley. I normally use a walker with a seat, this is a very nice alternative. I miss the front wheels rotation. Otherwise I love it .”

“Having a disabled husband his mobility scooter needs a battery recharged once a week heavy is not the word This trolley box case is a godsend as now put battery into trolley wheel to house charge wheel back to car without heavy lifting”

“V disappointed description misleading packaging damaged on a arrival. Trolley far too heavy for anyone with back problems. Returning item a nightmare as unable to use original packaging also at terrific expense. Would not order through this company again. B Richardson”

“It looks great - large purple cheery-looking florals. But I am very disappointed - I assumed that with x4 wheels the trolley would be sturdy and help me with my balance, as I could push it in front of me. Not so!! I am currently using it to store shopping bags. The packaging was very robust - excessively so. I would have returned the product and sought an alternative, but the packaging had to be virtually destroyed to reveal contents. I would NOT recommend this product.”

“I have purchased 2 or 3 shopping trolleys from Shopping Trolleys Direct over the last few years and have been very pleased with service and the quality. They are a lovely company to deal with and if you have a query either by email or phone they are always quick to respond. I would not purchase trolleys from anywhere else. My latest, a Rolster trolley is great, very stylish can be used with 2 or 4 wheels and folds up to hang on a supermarket trolley if need be. It is larger than my previous trolleys but can be folded to fit in my car boot nicely although I use this one for mainly walking to the local shops.”

“Light, easy to handle. A useful capacity but not so large that it's a problem on the bus. The top flap does tend to blow up (not explosively) in a strong following wind, but there is a solution that works well. Use the drawstring that runs around the top of the bag. If you pull this to close up the bag as usual, that leaves a loop in the drawstring. Tuck the top flap through this loop. The size of the loop can be adjusted if need be by pulling the two ends of the drawstring through the squarish plastic retainer that keeps the free ends under control. Using the drawstring to retain the flap also makes the bag contents a bit more secure. By the way, the trolley arrives with its stand folded up. Clip the metal tubes of the frame onto the semicircular plastic channels (they're quite a firm fit) to make the trolley operational. This is a good quality product. Delivery was quick.”

“I found it very difficult to manoeuvre. The wheels are too small and it moved about while I was pulling it. The wheels are also very noisy. The fabric handles don't help either. A disappointment.”
