“Shopping Trolleys Direct were very helpful in answering my questions about the product I wanted to buy. The package did take a little longer to arrive than stated but the delay was in Europe(Spain) and not UK. The delivered trolley looks good and looks well made but of course only time will tell. The delivery carton was stout and undamaged.”

“The trolley was as advertised. Good quality. However it wasn't for me. The trolley height was too low, causing me to bend. This resulted in backache. The trolley has wheels, but when it was full I felt like I was dragging a dead weight behind me. I will not be using it again.”

“The trolley suits its purpose - is easy to take on buses BUT I find when it is empty - before the shopping goes in, it turns over backwards so you have to make sure to hang on to it as you will find yourself falling over. I feel it needs more weight on the front frame to balance it a lot better”

“Print on lid is crooked, which is just sloppy manufacture. Compared to previous trolley, from another supplier, this is lightweight - doesn't feel at all sturdy - and it's extremely noisy, particularly when empty.”
