“I live in Australia and drive an imported Alfa, a model not available locally. I am tired of having to explain to the local parts suppliers what I drive, have them tell me it doesn't exist in Australia, explain again its an import and have them tell me again it doesn't exist in Australia etc (its only funny the first time). So it is a welcome experience to have a reasonable conversation with someone who is competent and has a good grasp of English and understands concepts such as 'post to Australia'. In short, ordered on a Thursday, arrived the following Monday - very efficient. If I had gone local I would be waiting at least a month - the parts and even shipping 1/2 way round the world are cheaper than ordering locally.”

“If you own an Italian car then you are going to want to know where to get spare parts from at a decent price, and Shop4Parts is the place to go. With very reasonable prices (usually the cheapest of the bunch), and parts that are nearly always in stock, and quick and reliable delivery, you can't really go wrong with these guys.”

“Item as described,perfect fit and brand new clutch master cylinder costed me twice less then you can find it anywhere else. oh yeah, delivery... well sent from GB the item been delivered to Ireland quicker than it takes to deliver registered mail within Ireland.”

“I phoned to your shop the 10th of may and hve been delivered friday the 13 th. your employe gave me a very good cooperation by sending my parcel without delay after payment. You must keep,this kind of policy for your busisness wich is the only way to keep your customer. Good an quick answers eitheir by phone or mail even to say No if the request is not possible but keep contact with the customer witch is very often not the priority with a lot of web site. For example I ordered a part in Italia in march and it is still not delivered however they gave a one week delay. Thank you again and sorry for my english. Best regards Xavier Le Ny”
