“The Courier delivered the package to the wrong address ( No 1 instead of No 16) Everything else was fine but that doesn't matter if the Couriers do not do their job properly. I know it's not your fault and I would use you again.”

“Perfect service, called to check the part was genuine manufacturer part and received confirmation as well as advise about the aftermarket brand. I was advised clearly about the timescale for delivery and product availability and was very happy to get a mail updating the deliver date to a 2 hr timeslot. I would certainly recommend Shop4parts to others.”

“Ordered an Alfa Romeo Mito third brake light on Sunday, it was delivered during a quoted 1 hour DPD delivery slot on Tuesday (very useful so you don’t have to wait in all day, fitted in my car 10 minutes later and worked perfectly. Shop4Parts even included a Christmas chocolate selection box in my parcel. Top class, very pleased.”

“when i rang told part was out off stock but they would try to get one they rang back within a hour told they had obtained part and would send. received part after two days even with xmas rush. good quality part.saved seventy pound on dealer price have used them before and will always contact them first GREAT SERVICE”

“Absolutely super fast and efficient. Super communication, I new where my parts were every step of the way.
