“I received a personal written response after trying to place an order, to explain that parts are specific to the U.K. and numbers could not be matched for appliances elsewhere. That was fine, but it would have saved each of us a fair bit of time if such information were spelled out clearly on the website.”

“Sadly the part supplied was incorrect, whilst accepting there are many variants when it comes washing machine door seals, we had the model number and machine PNC and found our model amongst the list shown on the product page for the item ordered. Information regarding what products fits the different models is often copied across a wide range of suppliers and in many cases totally inacurate. Two other topline parts suppliers proved the product info they held online regarding what Blomberg seals fitted which models proved totally wrong. We have not returned the part supplied, but have spent three weeks tracking down the right part.”

“Whilst staff were helpful, it was extremely hard to contact the staff by contact number and had only email contact. We chose to purchase from this company with them being located in the British Isles and paid extra for urgent delivery. However, the products are shipped from the EU and after 2 weeks, we had still not received any information or order. The team did provide a full refund which was appreciated.”

“The hotplates I ordered were very good value, but they didnt fit .I ordered the universal figment, but the plugs on the hotplates didn't match the coooker plugs. I had to cut them of the cooker and wire them to hotplates not easy with short wires and no colour coding for wiring .I wasn't in a position to return hotplates because I had already dismantled cooker and had to make do.The moral here is make doubly sure the hotplates are correct before starting.”

“Happy because I received my package. White goods were easy to get in touch with via email and alerts replied promptly. However my item was not in stock when I bought it and as I hadn't been informed the item took a considerable time to get to me. Moreover delivery was non tracked so I had no idea when it would be arriving. Luckily I was at home that day.”

“Goods were fine. Accurately described and good value. However there was a delay in shipping and I (the customer) was not kept adequately informed. Also the good just turned up (thrown over the gate) and I had no notification of shipping.”

“Initial good service, helped identify the correct part. Straightforward ordering process. Ordered items on 17 April and given 3-4 days delivery. Status showing as despatched 24 April. Items finally received 3 May. No very clear explanation as to why it took so long.”

“Dear Sir or Madam, I placed an order for a Hisense water tank thinking it was in stock it was only when I inquired About the delivery date I was told it could take up to six weeks for the RB302D4WW1 water tank To be delivered if it's not been delivered by the middle of may I will ask for a refund, That sums up my experience with uk whitegoods things can only get better or never return, Kind regards Perry Roberts,”

“new motor delivered as described, first package got lost in post after contacting company a new one was dispatched quickly, on delivery after opening package motor cooler fan broken, either reqired better packaging or more care of the courier, will use the company again but hopefully they will take on the issues and rectify”
