I placed an order on 15th July which I am still waiting for delivery? Why does it take as long to be delivered is it being sent by Snail Post?

If they haven't got stock they really should tell you before you order and pay for it.

Sorry, I can't actually review either the company or the product as it is on back order for approx 2 more weeks. I will update when I receive my order.

Took over 20 days for the product to be delivered (website said 7-10 days), i had to chase after 7 days when i hadnt heard anything, to be told 'we dont have it in stock and its coming from overseas'. so waited another 5 days to be told 'it was meant to be here but hasnt arrived', chased again another 5 days later to be told 'it should be with us tomorrow and we will send it express'. package arrived 3 days later. Cardboard packaging completely soaked that is was cardboard mush in places. Item undamaged. I dont mind waiting when i'm updated, but to keep having to chase isnt acceptable

The part you advised me to buy was 3 times more expensive than the one that was showing on your website as being able to fit my fridge consequently no purchase made. I asked because again that was the advice given on website.

Part for cooker hood ordered 3rd April but cancelled 31st May as not received despite regular chasing with the company. I was advised that the problem was with their supplier in France but at no time was I contacted first and it appears that there isn't a system in place to check on outstanding orders and to keep the customer notified. Refund received as agreed but at no time was I offered compensation for any inconvenience. I'll now have to find another supplier.

The service after my order was processed could have been better, poor. No confirmation when the item would be arriving. Not good for any company when a customer has to enquire when the item would arrive. Also paying extra for quick delivery seems to be a scam. Seeing that during correspondence from me the customer to UK whitegoods. I was informed that the item only had to be ordered from the supplier. If this is the case and no delivery date could be confirmed by UK whitegoods why offer the option of a speedy delivery. Also asking for feedback by email and asking Ms for feedback. My order and emails clearly stated Kevin Myatt. The email sent to me was addressed to kevmyatt@gmail.com

Part I purchased stated it was for a Statesman Napier 2, but is far too small. Lots of hoops to jump through just to return item.

Yes, when I contacted white goods asking where product was, there did respond the next day. But unfortunately I still don't have my order. I understand it's coming from France, but this has been over three now, and I have not had any correspondence from them telling that my product is on it way here. Not really happy, has I need this part to fix my washing machine and it comes quite an expensive taking my cloths to the launderette

Was not advised when ordering that the item was out of stock. Had to contact them, and now I'm still waiting for the part. Not a great experience!

I ordered a part for my hood over a week ago now. It is the third week now and I have not received the item, after contacting them, even they do not know where or how long the parcel will take to come!

Never got a final reply to my querie. Got a reply straight back saying no one was in the office and to give it 24hrs. That was the 1st of March, never heard anything again

The seal did not actually fit my oven. I did not have a serial number for the oven but had send photos.

Apart from the cost of the component the 4 it was a pretty poor service. I enquired after approx 3 weeks and was told there had been delays but when the delivery was expected to be 5-10 working days it’s quite poor. 4 week wait time for a sensor is not what I expect from you. And if that’s the case I should be informed of the delays without having to chase you.

I enquired about a replacement fridge shelf quoting the brand and model number. I received a prompt reply stating parts for this model was obsolete ( for a 3 yearvold fridge?). I contacted Kenwood/Currys and forwarded their spares supplier who found the part immediately.

No order status updates - had to chase to find out when item would be delivered, only to be told it was not in stock. Took almost three weeks for item to eventually be delivered. Order should have been declined in the first instance is no stock available, and order status updates would have been useful without having to chase..... dissapointing service

I contacted UK Whitegoods via email as I didn’t have the option to call anyone. They responded really quickly but the info given in the email was very confusing due to the way it was worded. So as not to offend anyone I pretended that I had a reading issue and could they please explain in layman’s terms, and that if I could speak to them over the phone that it would be much easier for me to understand. However they proceeded to further explain about the part in another email but I still couldn’t understand exactly what they were saying. They didn’t offer a number to call on and neither did they call me on the number I provided even though it was clear that was what I wanted. As I couldn’t understand what I needed and they didn’t have the decency to call me, I decided not to buy from them. I then called another parts supplier, who was happy to talk to me, and managed to explain exactly what I need so I ordered from them instead, even though they cost me more. It’s a real shame for me and for UK Whitegoods, as after the chat with the other company I realised that UK Whitegoods did actually have the part I needed and it was cheaper, but because I couldn’t talk to anyone to get clarification, I didn’t get the part from them. In future I will call the other company directly if I need parts, as I have saved their number and thrown away the number for UK Whitegoods.

Despite the HUGE email you sent and several afterwards then this lengthy review and us giving you the exact part you needed but you were not sure what the problem was and you didn't want to wait on a special order part from Germany. Good luck to you but phones are a hassle and not suitable for what we do. We can't send you images, links and tech info down the phone all of which makes getting what you need much, much more accurate and faster than trying to work out what people say.
