“Made an enquiry about a spare part for a cooker hood. Very speedy response and the part was delivered very quickly. Marvellous service indeed and I will use again should the need arise.”

“The product was good and as requested. It was disappointing though, that as a small business that needs receipts, the company do not provide a proper invoice, instead an email has to do. They say that they have run this by HMRC and that is fine by them, however, it is about what your customer wants, not what you want. So create a system that is acceptable to HMRC and your customers. It's not hard.”

“I found the LED very easy to fit, a two minute job that would have cost me £40-60 plus parts to get an engineer out. The manufacturer product manual said that if the light fails then you need to get an engineer out, so glad I ignored that!”

“Ordered part. Wrong part sent. E-mailed (Sunday). Received replacement part Tuesday. Thought replacement part was incorrect. E-mailed & got a prompt response explaining it was the currently supplied manufacturer's part. Fitted (needed some adaptation) & working AOK. So, although not a perfect service, the response to problems encountered was impressive. Would certainly use them again.”

“Recently brought washing machine bolts for an integrated door. Excellent description of bolts stating all the washing machine models it was compatible with so we were doubly sure. Delivered within four days and fitted it on and looks a treat. Would definitely use again..”

“This use to be a good service now you struggle to get a reply and have to repeat yourself a few times if you ask on any messenger service and then they will not tell you current stock levels or ESTIMATED wait times for delivery if any . Then most items are marked no refunds ect so i.e a washer door expected to be delivered in 10 days hmm no stock so you wait weeks and weeks and weeks . So good luck getting a refund”

We think you have reviewed the wrong business. We do not use Messenger service. We did answer you promptly. You did not buy anything from us. So, you couldn't have been waiting at all and you wouldn't get a refund from us for something you'd not bought from us. Could we ask that you amend your review please as it's clearly incorrect?

“Managed to get new bottle shelf for my fridge after my l old collapsed and couldn’t use it any more . Didn’t think I would be able to get replacement but UK Whitegoods came up trumps ! Ordered Payed and Delivered in less than a week . Great service .”

“Good, helpful service when ordering part and ensuring it was the right spec. Prompt ordering. Only downsize was the delayed delivery by EVRI couriers after they had received the part. Excessive delay and poor tracking info from courier. But UK Whitegoods were excellent.”
