“I only have good things to say about my experience with you, I am extremely pleased. UK Whitegoods has an extremely user-friendly website and a service that completes the process. I live in New Zealand so postage took its time, but i expected that. A++ would buy from again.”

“Ordered a part that was shown as in stock. Took payment. Received a same day reply that they were unable to supply as the price had increased. And that a full refund had been issued. Still waiting for the refund 12 days later. Not a great experience.”

That would be a good trick as, we don't show live stock online and the notes do state, very clearly: "This spare part is a custom order upon request only and is a non-returnable item that cannot be cancelled once ordered. In case of doubt please contact us to confirm this is the correct part. Limited availability, please check current availability and pricing with us before ordering." You didn't check as advised, you just ordered. That is hardly our fault.

“I found the website easy to navigate and I knew the model number of my washing machine so found the parts quickly. I had no idea what I was ordering so when I purchased the door seal I also purchased a retainer but didn’t look at the sizes so ended up buying one that was too small. It does say you can contact them which I should have done but the old one was good enough to stay on the washer so it was fine. Quick delivery - happy with my purchase”

“Good on price, they have extensive stock and have some very knowledgeable people who can help with finding the parts you need. They can also source parts to special order. The only downside is they can sometimes be very busy, and hence there are delays in despatching.”
