“Contacted help department who said part was not available. I took the rubber hose I needed to the Kilmarnock branch who ordered a similar part for me. Picked it up the next day and made it fit. The two guys in reception at Kilmarnock were first class in helping me. Would definitely recommend this company”

No, we couldn't, as the part you need is obsolete with no possible alternatives, as we explained to you. Sadly we don't have a magic wand to make things appear that no longer exist, very sorry about that and we do hope you find a company that has said magic wand and can help you with that.

“I ordered a water filter from whitegoods. If I had not enquired about delivery time a few days after order I would not have found that the item was not in stock and would have to wait 4/5 weeks for delivery. In my opinion I should have been informed of delay before transferring my money by PayPal. Always had excellent service from whitegoods but my last experience was not very good. I could not recommend whitegoods to friends now Charles Duthie 138 Queens Road Fraserburgh AB439PU”

Unfortunately that is a manufacturer issue that we have no control over whatsoever, until they actually make some or get them into stock we can't supply it, everyone is waiting on them.

“Found the site when looking at their forums for help with a faulty dishwasher. Some great advice suggested a new supply pipe and solenoid, together with a link to the shop. Orders part. A few days later part arrived. Fitted successfully. No need for new dishwasher! Brilliant.”

“Looking for a cooker part for 20 year old oven… rotisserie motor. Also some other parts. White goods have the rotisserie motor listed but to order. I’ve reserved one but likelihood is it’s probably discontinued and no chance of getting it. At least I was informed of initial order and contacted again when delivery could be 6 weeks if it comes back into stock. They also offered the option of full refund or wait and see so courteous proactive customer service. As the cooker shares parts with 2 other brands it was easy to cross reference and I was able to source a replacement clock by doing comparison of pictures and relevant cross referenced/ suitability from the site. Bit of detective work especially when all the other major retailers actually reference the wrong part on their websites. I’ve used this company before and they are always helpful. If u ain’t sure ask advice. If things go awry again contact them. They are human and errors occur but they always listen.”
