“Overall, the process had a successful outcome. I eventually received the part that I ordered. I did not receive any confirmation when I initially ordered the part and this caused confusion later down the line because I didn’t receive an order number.”

“Accurate description of goods. Parcel was well-wrapped and arrived in good condition. Parcel was despatched a few days later than estimated at the time of ordering, however given the time of year (December) and the Royal Mail strikes this was understandable! Would use again for replacement items”

“The UK Whitegoods not coprative. Send me wrong part, even not accepting the fault. Ask me to send the part on my expense. The customer person was very rude and ruff. Advertising different stuff and sending different. Please avoid this seller. Absolutely not recommended at all.”
