“Thanks to "whitegoods" I have saved myself a significant amount of money just by doing a little research. I have an older Beko fridge freezer & after I had sterilised the internal water dispenser it started to leak! To my complete astonishment, I found that you can replace just about anything with regards to the water dispenser & I found the internal part I needed at whitegoods for around £5! now my water dispenser is as good as new! thanks whitegoods”

“Unfortunately the replacement part I ordered from UK Whitegoods turned out to be faulty, which was obviously disappointing; and I was additionally very concerned when reading their returns policy/protocols, that they seemed to be worded in such a way as to avoid making any payment to dissatisfied customers for almost any reason (and are certainly in contravention of the Sale of Goods Act). However, they have just issued me a full refund, so you can’t say fairer than that, and I have given them 4 stars. I think the lesson for UK Whitegoods is that you shouldn’t need all that backside covering stuff in your small print. If you treat everyone fairly, as you have with me, then all will be fine!”

“Easy to order and pay but thats where it ended. Took 12 days for the small posted item to arrive. Not impressed , there were 2 Public holidays but really not acceptable. Wont use again.”

“Easy to order after inputting my fridge freezer model number in. Part arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Although delivery wasn’t as quick as expected after choosing the pay for delivery option. Would use this company again though no problem.”
