“I have an oven made by Baumatic who I discovered went into liquidation a few years ago. A lower heating element had gone and I was concerned that it might be difficult to sourse a replacement. I googled and came across UK Whitegoods whose website helpfully listed the models which their replacement parts would fit and mine was one of them so I ordered the part. Whilst it took a little longer than ideal to arrive (I queried this and was promptly advised that a delivery was awaited) it fits and works perfectly. It's quite an old oven but was otherwise in perfect working order so I was reluctant to follow the advice of one appliance repairer to buy another one. I am no fan of the scrap it when something goes wrong culture!”

“Enquiry regarding which replacement motor I might need for my Rangemaster extractor fan. I received a very speedy and helpful response. I haven’t actually ordered the motor, as I still need to determine for certain that the fault does not lie elsewhere. However, if it transpires that I do need a motor I won’t hesitate to buy from this supplier.”

“I ordered gas ignition unit for an older style of gas hob. UK Whitegoods were the only supplier selling the item I required. Their communications were excellent and the part fitted perfectly. My old gas hob works perfectly again. Happy customer.”

“I recently needed a new motor for a kitchen hob extractor fan. On enquiring to UK Whitegoods their expert suggested I first look at fitting a new capacitor as this is much cheaper and is often the problem. As it turned out, they were correct. Full marks for personal service, with speedy and detailed response. Would definitely use them again.”

“A very speedy and courteous response from Kenneth Watt. Although the freezer part I wanted is now obsolete he took the time and trouble to let me know, also checking to see if there was a suitable alternative. If I'm ever in need of a replacement part for an appliance I wouldn't hesitate to contact UK Whitegoods Spares. Thank you Kenneth!”

“Ordwr no 1000381089 Last Year i order a part for a Zanussi dryer and paid by card and next day recieved a message that they no longer have the parts with the number above and will refund the money and its been 3/4 month nothing refunded. Regards John Jordan”

“Terrible service, delivery dates quoted are a joke, chase them up and you will be fobed off - still blaming covid 3 years later. Paying extra for the premium delivery makes zero difference. Save yourself the frustration and buy from somewhere else.”

“Absolutely rubbish. No communication that my order was late, I had to keep chasing. Kept being told it wouldn't be long and the dates given kept passing. In the end I had to cancel because I was told it would be an9ther couple of weeks. Therefore instead of 3-9days delivery it would have been nearer 5weeks which is unacceptable. No explanation, no apology, they couldn't care less!”

And yet, we replied and kept you updated about delays from the manufacture as we got the info for you. With the final one and others stating: "Apologies for the delay and for any inconvenience this may cause." I think you will find that constitutes an apology, the clue's right there in the text!
