“Extremely pleased with the very helpful and prompt response to my request for a thermocouple for an obsolete New World gas cooker. I have yet to find a technician to install it, so apologise that I cannot verify it’s ‘correctness’ just now, but I found the information you supplied very reassuring. Thank you very much.”
