“After an oven case fan, white goods didn't have manufacturers part but offered alternative at half the price. Took fan out of oven to check compatability but found that the bearing screech sound was a lump of hard fat rubbing on fan blade.”

“Great customer support. I had 2 separate interactions with them. First time was to clarify that the item I wanted to purchase was of the right specification to my appliance. Second time was to clarify if my payment had gone through (I was trying to use Amazonpay for the first time). Their response times were very quick on both occasions. I just received my item in the post yesterday. It was exactly what I was after and very well-packed to ensure it was protected.”

“I ordered a glass door for my oven. The first one arrived smashed to pieces but this was the couriers fault. The second one was perfect except it wasn’t the correct one. Whitegoods tried their hardest to locate the correct part for me but there were non to be found. The team were very helpful even though the outcome wasn’t the one I was looking for.”

“I am very disappointed to find because the part which I needed was no longer available I had to purchase a whole new oven. Several hundreds of pounds difference. It grieves me that this can happen that a perfectly good working oven, with merely a broken rubber seal, [meaning that the top oven was losing much heat to the room and food took so much longer to cook] had to be dumped. In these days when we are encouraged to recycle and repair, I am hardly encouraged to do so. I appreciate the fact that because I had owned a Belling before, I got a discount, though not as much as I been led to believe. I am sure the new oven will give me good service, but that doesn't alter the fact that it is an incredible amount of waste [dumping the old oven] and my money being obliged to purchase a new one.”
