“This has been a very disappointing experience I ordered a replacement shelf for my fridge freezer which the website said was in stock and even though this was 6 weeks ago still no shelf as apparantly it wasn’t in stock and no refund please don’t use this company”

That is as the warehouse has been awaiting your instruction from this message that was sent and, this was resent to you on 02/10/2023 11:50 and no reply has been received from you telling us what you wanted us to do: 18 Sep 2023 15:26:19 Awaiting Information From Customer Customer Not Notified our apologies but this part is a out of stock, with an estimated restock date of 4 to 5 weeks, please can you let us know, by return email if you like the parts kept on order, or wish a refund. many thanks Allister

“I was advised that the model of chest freezer, for which I require a new rubber seal, had a bonded lid. This is not the case and I have previously purchased a new seal for my freezer. I will buy a universal model and hope for the best.”

All versions of the JLCH100 you have show it to be a bonded seal, only supplied as part of the complete door. Unless you're saying that the manufacturer is lying of course but, if they are, we can't speak to that.
