“This Company was recommended to me by my plumber. I visited their Website and found the items that I required very easily. They proved to be Genuine Smeg Parts, which was what I wanted. The prices seemed fair so I was happy to place my order. As I was not desperate for delivery I opted for Standard Free Delivery, which took a few days but it was OK for my requirements.”

“I enquired about a spare part for my fridge freezer and they very quickly replied with apologies for not being able to source it for me. Sadly it is an obsolete part so is no longer available and I did really appreciate the speed of response and politeness of their communcations.”

“item was either sent wrong or the code for the part is wrong the element was completely different. Got in touch with ukwhitegoods to return the item they replied with it's the right par. I emailed explaining why the element was incorrect but got no reply ordered a new element from espares it turned up the correct element so now stuck with the element ukwhitegoods element plus the time I wasted going back and forth to my customer so I'm out of pocket”
