“I was enquiring about a motor for a miele and Whitegoods got back to me immediately. Unfortunately informing me that Miele would no longer supply spare parts to anyone but their own Engineers who they then charged out at a fortune, (no more miele or CEBO (same) for me). Point is, Whitegoods gave me an almost immediate response and went into much more detail than they needed to which I greatly appreciated. Will definitley put them top of my list when searching for parts etc.”

“I was looking for a replacement filter for our extractor hood, it's new but I didn't want to leave finding a replacement until it needed replacing. So off to Google search and I found these guys they had what I needed at the right price. Actually a better price than anywhere else. Delivery is not next day etc. but that didn't matter, still got here in good time.”

“Your staff did not try very hard. Local suppliers found the part is common to Meile, Smeg, Dishlex and others. Most are made by Electrolux and are readily available for A$30-$35.”
