“I was very upset to hear you no longer deliver to eu countries. I wanted Electrolux hoover bags the boss E82n unfortunately you were out of stock anyway. Most stockholders don't stock the genuine bags now there all compatible from China.”

“I wanted to buy a fridge drawer replacement. The operative was prompt and helpful but the payment system refused on a number of occasions with different cards to let me pay. The operative said they are aware of the problem with their system but he could do nothing about it. Hopeless. I abandoned the order.”

“I enquired about a spare part and received a prompt and helpful response. I went to order the part but at every attempt the website kept returning to the home page, usually when adding the part to the basket but occasionally at other stages of the process. I tried my phone, laptop and even installed another browser but to no avail. After trying for almost two hours I emailed to ask if I could place the order another way and pay by BACS Faster Payments. I was told that the website was working at their end and BACS payment was not acceptable. Reluctantly, I ended up ordering from an EBay vendor and the part was waiting for me when I returned from holiday. A shame, because UK Whitegoods are relatively local to me and the service had been excellent until I went to place an order.”

“UKWhitegoods was recommended by the old UK supplier of Elica. I ordered a new control switch assembly to replace that on my Elica cooker hood. My bank card was not accepted so I used it via Amazon pay. Ordered on the 21st, delivered on the 30th. Safely packaged. It fits perfectly.”

“Better than "Very Good".................."Excellent" I'd say. First Class attention to my queries and my washing machine problem. Very willing to help. They clearly care about their customers. Reasonably quick supply of the parts I needed; could have been quicker, particularly when I paid extra for a faster service on a subsequent order.”

“Part not as advertised. We were looking for a Belling Oven Thermocouple and your email confirmation of order described it as such. "Your Order #1000338248 14 March" [Items Qty Price Gas Oven Thermocouple SKU: 082877300Items Qty Price Gas Oven Thermocouple SKU: 082877300 1 £13.75] The part delivered is a grill thermocouple and, therefore, useless.”

“TOTAL rubbish part hasn't lasted more than three months and it is a blade assembly for a blender so not used every day. Told its not covered by any warranty TOTAL rubbish I've written to tradings standards and await their instruction do use this company not to be trusted”

Only problem is, that's not what was said or you were told at all. It is completely untrue to say that we told you it was not covered by warranty, that is not at all what was said. As with most warranty claims it has to come back, be inspected etc and you have elected not to do that. And on warranty, we do not make the rules, we just follow them.
