“We've always bought our spares for our washing machine over the years and couldn't fault the service until recently, when we ordered a part, only for the order to be cancelled. We looked on your website to see if we made a mistake and saw that it was cancelled because you more than doubled the price of the original item we ordered. When that part goes on our machine, we are going to have to do some soul searching as to whether or take the hit with buying the part, or buy a brand new machine.”

Sadly, that is an increase by the maker, not by us and also sadly all too common at the moment in this econoomy and we expect much more of it as the Pound collapsed and most parts are priced, from factory, in Euros or Dollars. Meaning that many prices are very volatile at the moment and all this is completely beyond our control.

“Replacement oven knobs for my Indesit oven. Took 3-4 days to come but they fitted properly and the oven is now properly functional. Bit pricey at 11 quid each but cheaper than the OEM knobs that were 45 quid each. So happy enough.”
