“Had a problem with my American style fridge freezer, it quite old but great make and has been excellent for years. Managed to source all the parts I needed from UK Whitegoods, even though the OEM no longer made them. Price was great and when they arrived they were all brand new and fully functional. On line video helped with diagnosing the issue so knew what parts were required. If I had any comments I would have much preferred ability to call but they no longer have a number just email. Email communication was fine, so very satisfied.”

“Asked for help find a new top oven door seal. I was told the one i needed, paid and received part fitted perfectly. Thanks John. In future i would use the track and record postage but that was my choice to use cheapest method.”

“Ordered a small timer button for my oven. I was really pleased to be able to source it with this company as the oven is quite old now. It took much longer to arrive than originally quoted but that wasn't the fault of Whitegoods. I would recommend this company for pricing and for variety of parts available.”

“Ordered racks for my oven. After a while I enquired about my order and received a reply within a day. The racks were delivered virtually within days. Very good Customer Service”
