“once I had confirmed that the part I had ordered was the part that I wanted the order was dispatched very quickly. My microwave device is a Panaosonic NN-T545WF which is 15 yrs old. The magnatron had recently failed. the Magnatron in the device was labled 2M236-M42. On the website This magnatron does not show any Panosonic devices that list this magnatron. I'm please to tell you that this magnatron is the correct one for my Microwave device and now works as well as it did when Ifirst bought it.”

“Uk Whitegoods were very helpful to my quest!! Although the part I was looking for is now obsolete they endeavoured to give me a full history of the reason why it was unobtainable. Very impressed by the quick response I had from them. Thankyou !!”

“I contacted white goods as I couldn't find my part, whitegoods found it straight away for me and emailed back within 10 mins , and with the link of the product, I purchased this, and white goods kept me informed of tracking and delivery thank you for all your help”

“I ordered & paid and was given a delivery date if a few days later. Five weeks later the item still hadn't arrived. When I queried the order I was told that the item wasn't available. Why on earth would you sell something you don't have? Waste of my time. Not happy. I'm not interest in a smug reason or superficial apology either.”

“I've used UK Whitegoods a few times. all products received have been of good quality and per description. I used their budget delivery for an oven light switch which fitted, and functions perfectly. I was not notified when it was despatched, and on contacting support was told it's gone out, but they had no means of tracking it. It did finally arrive on the maximum 9th working day of their delivery estimate.”

“I was initially surprised that my order was going to take up to 45 days to arrive. I missed the details when I was ordering. It didn't matter though. My order arrived within a few days and it was exactly as advertised. They have good communication and are a legit company.”

“Poor service I attempted to purchase a part 6 or 7 times on there online store using different bank cards from different banks. Each time the transaction came up with an error and took the many, I would then send through an email to have the payment voided which they did reply promptly. However when I asked for help on how to purchase the product I was met with zero help telling me it was a me problem with my bank and it would be a while to sort out. To which I've still not heard anything back 2 weeks later. They seem to hold the monopoly on this particular part which leave me in a very back position.”

“Dear Sir or Madam, I placed an order for a Hisense water tank thinking it was in stock it was only when I inquired About the delivery date I was told it could take up to six weeks for the RB302D4WW1 water tank To be delivered if it's not been delivered by the middle of may I will ask for a refund, That sums up my experience with uk whitegoods things can only get better or never return, Kind regards Perry Roberts,”

“We had an incident with the bottom drawer of our John Lewis branded freezer. I had given hope of finding a replacement but found the UK Whitegoods website. I submitted an enquiry on the website and Kenneth Watt responded quickly and tracked down the part we needed. It has arrived today and is an exact replacement. Thanks.”
