“Really helpful in providing advice before I purchased - the part was very hard to find online but the one I was provided worked perfectly - a £9.00 part saved a £300+ replacement item.”

“A gem of a company to find! I have been trying to find parts to effect a repair to my daughter's SMEG cooker and was having great difficulty. As ever I was cautious about using a new internet supplier, but I asked some questions which got a very quick and helpful response. Having placed the order I later made enquiries about delivery tracking and again got a very quick reply. The goods arrived on time, and were exactly as described. This is another favourite company to use as far as i am concerned”

“Great response time! I made an inquiry about finding a spare part (front glass door) for my oven. UK Whitegoods came back to me, sending information and asking for further information so they could do a more detailed search. Sadly, the part I need is obsolete, but thanks to UK Whitegoods, I knew that very quickly and was able to organise a replacement oven. Would definitely use them again for advice and help.”

“Initially contacted for advice , Which the Manf, couldn't resolve. Whitegoods provided me with the correct drawing, Manufacturer couldn't or wouldn't. Whitegoods suggested a likely cause, Whitegoods supplied me with genuine Parts at exceptionally good price. Totally Brilliant. Ken”

Sadly there can be delays at the moment with all that is going on with global supply chain issues, Brexit affecting largely all inbound shipments as all spares come through EU hubs, the time of year and ongoing strike action all having an effect on shipping and transit times. On top of all those, we also have the time of year with the holidays looming, Black Friday and so volumes on all the carrier networks are higher than normal, often leading to inevitable delays. Sadly all of these are outside of our control and there is nothing we can really do to mitigate these factors.

“wouldn't recommend these, the clips are miles too small so they do not even reach the holes in the oven frame so over all product is useless. Rubber is ok but the clips are not fit for purpose”
