“Very glad that they had the part, but having paid a premium for fast delivery it was disappointing that it didn't arrive in time. Ordered on Tuesday am, delivered Friday pm . Not good as we had left the property.”

“I had to replace part of the front panel on my Candy washer/dryer. UK Whitegoods had the part at a reasonable price and I was able to match it to my model online. The part was despatched rapidly and has now restored my appliance to full working order. I would gladly use Uk Whitegoods again.”

And yet you did. But the part you need is not listed and that's down to the brand owner of Swan, not us. If they published the information we'd be able to find the part or info on it but, they don't so we cannot do so.

“I chose the Recommended delivery option of "Courier" which is supposed to be "Recommended - Faster, trackable, most items suitable". A week later the order was showing as "Order in Progress" and when I contacted customer services, I was told that it had gone "missing in transit" and that another one would be sent out as soon as possible. The order now shows as "Despatched" but I am really not sure when I will get it. I could have chosen the Free delivery option and it would probably have been with me now.”
