“Great service from ordering to receiving. Disappointed as where the joint is in the seal on using it for the first time it has come come away from the metal that was in the joint. This means the bottom of the oven is not sealed.”

“I made an error in an order that I made. I emailed support and explained my mistake and the original order was quickly cancelled and refunded. A link was provided by support that I used to order the correct item, which arrived with no problems. Good experience, thank you.”

“I bought it before reading the whole of the description, WHERE it stated it was an alternative as the original thermostat or an alternative with the same pin configuration wasn’t available anymore. So, I shot off an email explaining the error I had made and asking for a cancellation and refund. Within ten minutes (and this is true) I received an email from PayPal stating that I had a refund from UK_whitegoods, I honestly couldn’t believe it, and went and checked my PayPal account, and sure enough, it was there, so fast in fact that the transaction never showed up on my credit card AT ALL. Afterwards, I emailed UK_whitegoods expressing my amazement at the speed at which they returned my monies, and got an email back explaining, that the fridge freezer was over a certain age, and no longer supported, but that their thermostat would work with some rework to the fridge wiring at the thermostat end. So, I guess I can say they are trustworthy at the very least, which does count. Very impressed.”
