“Ordered from this company on the 21st of April and was told it would be delivered by 1st of May at the latest... Wasn't even dispatched on the 1st of May and still nothing has arrived.”

“Part never shipped after two weeks. UK whitegoods didnt contact me to explain why parts did not ship. Upon contacting UK Whitegoods over e-mail the rep was friendly and explained the parts listed in stock were actually not actually in stock in their local warehouse. I appreciated their honesty but wished they contacted me sooner and updated their webpage. A full refund was issued.”

“Once I had identified the item I required, the ordering process was very straight forwards, my only criticism was that I had to 'chase' to find out what had happened to this order as it did not arrive within the projected delivery time, the customer service I received upon enquiring about this status of this order was first class, no issue with ordering parts from this supplier in the future.”

“Item ordered and delivery stated as being between 1 and 6 days after order. & days later as I was just about to query the non-delivery I got an email saying it was now showing as dispatched. I asked what was going on as the dispatch was after the latest delivery date. The reply was, sorry, it was out of stock and it took longer to get it than we thought. Delivery was then further interfered with by the bank holiday weekend, which was the very weekend I had arranged for a guy to fit the item. Finally arrived a further four days later. If the website had said it was out of stock, I'd have gone elsewhere.”
