“Part ordered had failed so messaged customer service explaining the issue and sent picture, was told I had a fault with the motor on my washer which I know 100% I haven't, sent video with old part back in machine to prove ok, not had any further correspondence from you regarding the issue so still not resolved, very poor.”

“After much searching on-line across many companies I found UK Whitegoods Company who had the parts I required for our Elica cooker hood. The service I received was first rate. With special thanks to Ken for his experience in the industry & for dealing promptly with my queries. If I require spares for any of my larger electrical kitchen items in future then UK Whitegoods Company will be my first go to.”

“1st the product was good and well pack so cannot complain. However it too far too long to come and coommunication was terrible unless i email to ask for update. what was meant to be 7-10 days turn into 26 days.”

“I spoke to a very helpful, pleasant young man. My oven is very old and I didn't have the full details of the item I wanted and he persevered until I got them. This company is reputable and wants to give the customer what they need. This will be my first port of call when I am looking for spare parts in the future.”

“Most impressed. Kenneth diagnosed the problem long distance ( We're in New Zealand) and recommended the correct spare part for our range hood. We now have working lights after changing the transformer. Thanks again. Helen C”

“I contacted UK Whitegoods in the hope of finding a replacement part for an older Bosch cooktop. They responded very promptly and whilst they were unable to source this discontinued item, I have only good things to say about their communication and dedication to try and find a replacement part. Highly recommend this company. Since I am based in New Zealand, the response time was even more efficient!”

“I managed to mess my order up , the help I received afterwards was brilliant not only did they try to find what I needed (unfortunately now obsolete ) but also they tried to find something that might be an alternative. On returning of original item it was a simple return and refund . If only all businesses took as much time to help customers”

“Couldn’t help me as CDA didn’t share the part number detail. This was disappointing as I provided measurements. Fortunately I found several companies who’d could build the required glass pan to the needed dimensions.”

“I had a terrible experience of ordering at your company. I had to send 2 chaser emails for updates on my order as it had been 2 weeks since i placed my order. To which I got 2 exactly (word for word) replies, advising it should be shipped from France the next week, so obviously not a true update. I then asked to cancel my order and was only notified that this had occurred when my bank informed me. I did not receive a further curtesy email advising that you would refund me. All in all, it was a terrible service and I will not be using your company again. I then ordered my part with another supplier and it was here in 4 days.”
