“Easiest and most helpful online company for getting electrical spare parts. When I first used them, I wasn’t sure of which part I needed for the cooker so I rang and got to speak to a friendly and knowledgeable guy immediately who identified the part and it arrived within a couple of days. Have since ordered from their online catalogue which for me is the most user friendly of electrical parts catalogues online. Best prices also.”

An economy courier was used, not a premium one as directed on the order that typically takes a few working days, dispatched on the 20th on Hermes/Evri. The carrier has taken from then to the 27th, two days of which is a weekend to deliver the package but sadly, we've no control over that,

“Sourced the part through a e mail as there's no direct contact phone number which I found really off putting, the part arrived and is still in tbe box so hopefully the right part ., arrived quickly and well packaged”

“They have a huge number of items but finding them requires real commitment - largely because it's so hard to guess what the item might be called! In the end I emailed - and the response was superb: fast and helpful. The guy sent me pictures of what he thought I was looking for - and he got it on the 2nd attempt. so from that point of view it was as good as I could have asked for. The price for a small plastic clip at £17 is also utterly ridiculous and tantamount to blackmail: throw away the whole freezer or pay £17 for something that costs less than £1 to make. Oh, and then pay £6 in postage for something that weighs not much more than a sheet of paper!”

Asking, as advised for all Liebherr parts is the way to do it as, without access to certain information (as explained) it's not possible for you to determine the correct part/s in many cases. The scope for error is so great that we do not provide information and advice on every single item to contact us to ensure you get the correct part every time. We also do not set prices, that is down to the manufacturer. Shipping prices are determined by carriers, we have no control over those either and anything that is larger in size than Royal Mail's pre-determined "letter" size is a package and is charged accordingly by any of the carriers.
