“Originally ordered part from another seller, at the time of writing still waiting for part 3 weeks later. Not only did UK Whitegoods have the genuine part I required, but it was also over half the price including postage. Wish I'd purchased from them originally. First class service and communication.”

“Dreadful. Ordered what I thought was an instock item. After 11 days, asked where my delivery was. Was told coming soon. A few days later told it was obsolete and they couldn't supply it. Complete waste of time and makes me look an idiot to my customer. Not sure if I got any refund yet”

That was not a stock item but only ordered as requested. And it was subsequently declared to be obsolete by the producer, something that we sadly have no control over. And obviously, we didn't know that until we tried to get one.

“Purchased a bottle shelf from UK Whitegoods which was delivered 8 day’s later. The shelf I ordered was an original Bosch which fitted my fridge/freezer perfectly. No problems encountered with my order, so if I need another item I would have no hesitation to order from them again, well pleased..”

“I required a RH motor for an Elica cooker hood. Delivered promptly and fitted in a very short time as I had previously had to replace the LH motor. Full marks for the price and delivery. Wish the same could be said for the fitted motors, both of which have gone within 4 years!”

“I was not at all convinced the part you offered me would fit my oven. The picture of the oven seal was clearly the wrong shape for my oven and the grammar used to describe it was extremely poor. I was definitely not inclined to order from you base upon the above. None of the following questions are relevant to me as I did not place an order with you.”

“The response to my enquiry was very prompt and informative. Unfortunately the product description on the website was very poor and the photo misleading. A few dimensions would not go amiss. I ended up by ordering the wrong part but used it as it was recommended for my cooker. Not an exact fit as the door now protrudes slightly. I wanted a seal for a door glass panel.”

“Goods were despatched promptly and arrived within selected timescale. Unfortunately, the part was not compatible so returned and the purchase cost reimbursed. Unfortunately any returns are at the expense of the purchaser, in this case being almost equivalent to the price of goods originally ordered. Some companies I have used for similar small items purchased, bear the costs of returns.”
