“Paid for 1 to 3 delivery item turned up 10 days later. When rang on the Friday they said it was with courier should be with next few days didn’t get the item until the Thursday would never use these again no cooler for 10days been easier to pay the extra and went local”

We don't offer a 1-3 day delivery service as such. Unless you mean premium which is next day after dispatch. And you didn't pay for that, you paid for an economy carrier that, as we say, typically takes 2-4 working days from dispatch. That was longer than usual due to the carrier having an issue, not actually ourselves. But on that service, your part would in all probability not have been delivered in what you thought you'd paid for. But we still have no clue where you got the 1-3 days from.

“I bought some pan support rubbers for an indesit hob. It was stated that they weren't originals, but they fitted perfectly - for a quarter of the price of the indesit ones, I'm very pleased. It was most helpful that the listing showed the range of hobs that they fitted, unlike the other sites that I looked on...”

Kenneth Watt was extremely helpful making sure I had the right part advising that whilst this part was available many parts for my f freezer are obsolete did I still want to proceed and checking that the door seal was the fault. If contacted three companies for advice you were the only ones who responded.”

“Comprehensive stock of items needed to repair a Samsung washing machine. Initially thought it was bearings which were ordered and sent to me in good time. Stripped machine to find the drum spider had sheared in two points so back online quick online enquiry with Samsung model details. Two options given an oem spider or a patter spider. Item ordered and received in good time. Many thanks to Kenneth for the help”
