“Despite a comprehensive list of spares and applicable model numbers it wasn’t absolutely clear which specific part I need for my Elica cooker hood. However my email was answered quickly by the Support team the correct part arriving a few days later and very well packed. Bingo it’s all sorted. Thoroughly recommend this company”

“It did take 8 days to arrive, but it is the correct part for the fridge..no problems otherwise. A couple of drawer fronts will also need to be replaced at sometime..so would definitely use again!”
