“UK Whitegoods could not help me with my query as it related to an appliance that they do not work with and they had no information on. However, they were quick and polite in explaining this to me and I will use their site again if I have some other query/problem. The only reason I am not giving a 5 rating is that I think it could be useful to share some more general knowledge. For example, I think people in this line of work surely do know if some thermostats can be generally interchangeable, whatever the fridge model is, or can point you in the direction of what a likely problem your appliance might have when it behaves in a certain way. At the end of the day a fridge is a fridge. But as I say, I appreciate the help and the speedy communication.”

“Thank You. It was to find out what were the main reaso#ns for fridge freezers to suddenly stop working, and to find out if one could get spares for an Electrolux Model. Unfortunately it appears they/you do not so a new /different Manufacturer had to be ordered. Could be a good opportunity for the recycling lobby to organise such a service. It may just have been a small fault, but I will never know.”

“Super service replied to my email the same day giving the part number I needed to order. The freezer drawer arrived in a couple days well packed which was useful. The parcel had been crushed during delivery but was sufficiently protected so the tray wasn't damaged. Highly recommend- easy five stars”

That's because it was a part for an oven that was 30 years or more old that the part you wanted for it was obsolete. It had been obsolete for years. And as we advised, you'll not get one anywhere now.
