“I ordered a bulb for a fan after Whitegoods was recommended by its distributor. Then after 10 days I enquired where my order was. I was told it wouldn’t be supplied because it was out of stock and a replacement couldn’t be got. On returning to the distributor I was told they had stock but couldn’t sell it to the public. So, Whitefoods sells stock it doesn’t have, it takes your money and then doesn’t deliver and doesn’t message you when it won’t supply.”

“Having used Whitegoods for first time we very impressed , there was a mix up with order through no fault to either of us , and they gave me refund straight away , they very quick to reply to emails , even through bank Holliday , we highly recommend this company and thank them for good quality service , will definatly use them again”

“My part has not yet come , white goods are waiting fopr it to come in to them and tey did say there would be quite a while to wate. Think it is about 5 weeks now but the staff are very good and keep me informed.”

“In response to my query I received a prompt reply. The advise was good and reflected my belief regarding an issue with my cooker hood. I purchased the recommended Control Board. I installed it and the problem has been resolved. All good.”

“Sent several emails and got replies very quickly. Their assistance was great, their despatch was immediate once the item had been received from the supplying company. The only downside was the supplying company took a few days to despatch the item to UK Whitegoods. All in all, I would deal with UK Whitegoods again, especially as the item required was one of the cheapest I could find, but of the quality I expected.”

“Goods were fine. Accurately described and good value. However there was a delay in shipping and I (the customer) was not kept adequately informed. Also the good just turned up (thrown over the gate) and I had no notification of shipping.”

“Initial good service, helped identify the correct part. Straightforward ordering process. Ordered items on 17 April and given 3-4 days delivery. Status showing as despatched 24 April. Items finally received 3 May. No very clear explanation as to why it took so long.”

“None existent communication and updates. After me chasing my order 3 times and waiting over a month, UK Whitegoods advised that they could not obtain the product and cancelled my order. UK Whitegoods could improve by advising customers if an item will not be dispatched within 2 working days and keeping the customer informed of any delays. Also your phone lines are never answered which adds to customer frustration.”
