“Ordered parts from UK Whitegoods were received within a week even though being imported. The same part ordered from Partmaster is still on backorder and has been so since January. I still get emails from the part master saying I will receive my parts in 28 days even though I have cancelled the order. I am now waiting for a refund they won't give cash only as they have been bought by Screwfix they will not refund postage which i paid even though they shipped nothing. customer service with uk whitegoods was great. I will not use anyone else for this sort of part.”

“Struggled to find the parts I needed for my trusty Magimix— can’t be found in the US, and many UK shops won’t ship overseas. Then found UK Whitegoods, and got my parts as quickly as if I had bought them at my hardware store! Thank you!! I will no longer worry about what happens it breaks again 😊”

“Delivery arrived after apx 9-10 days. This was with no delivery fee and no tracking service. No complaints. Not sure how it was delivered or post or courier as was item was left outside my flat door/indoors.”

“I was trying to get information on the clips for a Elica cooker hood, I have managed to get them sent to me by phone in the past, but this time I was told only on line. The technical department tried to help as there were no photos on line of the part, I wanted a right hand clip but I was told they didn't do right and left hand clips , which they actually do as I eventually found them after 3 days of searching and emails.”
