“For the sake of a rubber/ring I was told I would have to buy a whole new switch ( which is still working perfectly and only requires a ring to stabilise it) Ridiculous”

We sell the parts. We do not make them. We do not determine how they are sold, as assemblies etc. All we can do is provide you with the information and part. Your complaint here you'd have to take up with the manufacturer that makes the item and provides the part as we have no say over that whatsoever.

“I needed a replacement fan assembly for my (oldish) extractor. Whitegoods looked up which part I needed for my particular model and it was despatched quickly. Couldn't have asked for more...”

“I have had good service from Whitegoods and feel satisfied that they are responding well to any problems. The item received was slightly different from the order but this is due to cessation of that product. It would have been good if Whitegoods had pointed out the difference first before sending it but they have done everything possible to rectify the problem and promptly too.”

“I have used UK Whitegoods twice now in relation to an old Ariston Cooker that we bought here in France. The support from the Whitegoods team by email was absolutely fantastic. Their responses were very fast and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for spare parts!”

“I ordered two items two days apart my accounts were duly debited... to date only one item has arrived, the part was a used part? Not new. Despite many emails ( the telephone number is never answered... just rings until it's cut off) I still have not received the second part I ordered and paid for. What is going on? Once upon a time, Whitegoods was the benchmark others tried to get reach. I have stated I'll have a refund if the order cannot be supplied. They were very quick and efficient taking the order and money...”

“Part supplied (compatible Miele washing machine drive belt) was not a direct equivalent. It did fit and is doing the job, but I feel it would have been better had it been made clearer that this was a 5rib not a 6rib polyvee belt, just in case others did not wish to compromise as I was prepared to do.”

“Ordered 2 freezer baskets on 27 Sept. Not yet received. Delivery given as 11 - 25th October. Order status at 25th Oct. " in progress". Disappointed at the delivery since they are only being sent from Ayrshire to Lanarkshire, a local journey.”
