“Ordered a fridge shelf with estimated delivery 8-16th August. Product has not arrived. I emailed on 21st and 24th August for updates on my delivery but have received no replies (yes I’ve checked my junk and spam folders for a reply too). I’ve tried to call and the phone line is not working”

“This company was marvellous in locating the item requested, a response via email within 24 hours and from that email link it was easy to order and pay. Delivery was as per quotation. Having contacted the providers of the washing machine, the makers of the washing machine without any success whatsoever and I thought it was no longer available, I was delighted to find it and the washing machine is now repaired (only 3 years old!). So rarely today do we receive such efficient service all the way round.”
