“Despite time zone (+10.5H UTC) the response from the team was fast, including when I ordered the incorrect part, the correct parts arrived promptly (UK ==> AU), fitted, clearly an upgrade from the originals, and all is well. The local industry would have binned it! Well done UK Whitegoods.”

“Useful exchange to try to find the correct spare part for an old fridge. In the end no information was available about that particular make and model, but they were able to suggest a generic part which might work. I've now fitted that and the fridge is working.”

“I placed my order in the middle of the week and FIVE days after I placed my order online Whitegoods *finally* took the money from my bank account. Only then was the part packed and actually sent out. Six days after that the part arrived, when I'd paid extra for "express" courier delivery which was Evri (Hermes). Eleven days from placing my order to it being delivered is not what I call express delivery. Oh and when I tried to contact them after a week to find out where my order was, their phone number only goes to an automated answer phone message saying the phone number is no longer available to contact them! It got worse though. I tried to send a support email to them instead and even though I was logged into my account, their system asked me to log in again before I could create the support email. Not a problem you say, except it their system wouldn't accept the username and password even though they were correct and would log me in and out of the main site. So no way at all for me to contact the company as both their phone and email support don't work. Absolutely shocking "service". I am an appliance engineer and this is the first and last time I will be buying anything from this company. Ransom Spares who I usually use have fantastic service though and I usually get 2-3 day turn around with them when they have the parts in stock (unfortunately on this occasion they didn't).”
