“I had spent months trying to find a replacement refrigerator shelf with no joy. This was for a fitted non-standard fridge and I could not find a replacement anywhere. I had almost consigned myself to buy a new fridge. I then stumbled upon Whitegoods via a Google search. Once you type in the seriel number onto the website it confirmed the make model etc. £18.99 inc delivery. 1 week later the unit was delivered. (There was a small issue when I thought the goods hadn't arrived and contacted customer service, it tuned out a family member had signed for the delivery and forgotten) Whitegoods communication was excellent throughout. All in all an excellent service and a very useful website.”
