“I would have given 5 stars as the item was just what I required, it's the time taken for it to be dispatched and delivered. As we're both in the UK I was surprised it took 9 days from ordering to being delivered. I would order from UK Whitegoods again, but would hope it wouldn't take as long next time.”

“I received a wrong item. The box cones wity invoice and in that invouce its mentioned dough hook for kenwood machine and i received whisker. I dont found any return instructions as well. It would be kind enough if yoy help me out”

“Can't give a positive or negative because I paid for a part that said it was In stock & it wasn't so got a refund, would be helpful if the site was updated quicker so not to disappoint / inconvenience customers”

“Whitegoods managed to source an obsolete handle for my fridge freezer. After looking on various websites I emailed them with my request and the following day they advised they had been able to source it for me. The handle arrived a few days later and is now attached to my freezer door.”
