“The part, for our washing machine, was exactly what was needed and solved the problem we were experiencing. It would have been better if we had known that the part was special order and not a stock item, as it did take a bit longer than we expected to arrive. The price was very competitive, compared to that which my plumber tried to source. The courier delivery was initially aborted, and it does seem that an effort could have been made to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.”

“I needed to replace a broken glass shelf in my fridge. It was hard to know what part I needed as there are different sizes in the fridge. I contacted two other companies about the part and did not even get a response. By contrast UK Whitegoods got back to me the same day and told me the part number that I needed. Within 3 days the shelf arrived very securely packaged. It was a perfect fit. I highly recommend the customer service.”

“Paid for the upgraded delivery which was 3 to 5 working days instead of the 7 to 9 and after eight days no product got in touch with white goods who said they send it first class Royal mail came the next day. Random nothing else has turned up, didn’t receive any delivery notifications so I believe they didn’t try to send it at all although we do have the product now and the cooker is working fine.”

“Great service and competitively priced. I needed a replacement Smeg oven door, as the old one exploded when the door handle failed (just discovered that I also need a replacement door handle - which i won't hesitate to go back to UK whitegoods for). The company double-checked my order. The correct oven door arrived sooner than I expected and it was very well packaged.”

“I needed a new Grill Element for my oven and Kenneth at UK Whitegoods was the most helpful customer service man I have dealt with and went above and beyond and even suggested where to look on videos on line on how to replace it myself and that it was not that hard. I was going to have to buy a new Oven but he guided and suggested I could do this myself. The part was couriered to me (paid a bit extra for that) and I fitted it myself. Kenneth and UK Whitegoods went above and beyond service and I highly recommend them for any spare parts you need”

“Kenneth was very responsive and incredibly helpful with the replacement of the inner glass for my Britannia oven. Britannia themselves were useless having provided me with incorrect product codes twice so it was a relief to source the correct glass and I am now able to use my oven again!”
