“I have used UK Whitegoods several times in the past and always found them able to provide me with the parts to keep my aging appliances working. Whether genuine or pattern parts, all are of good quality and price. They offer several different delivery services to suit your needs too. This time though, I was a little disappointed with the slightly longer than expected Evri delivery time. Also, it would be beneficial if the tracking info was made available without having to ask. All in all though, I'm happy and would thoroughly recommend UK Whitegoods.”

“Excellent service needed a new PCB for my washing machine, UK Whitegoods checked my order for me to make sure I had ordered the correct part for the model of the machine. Delivery was very quick compared to other suppliers' quotes. Will use again.”

“Ordered washing machine door seal, received item which was different part number from the one I ordered, contacted Whitegoods via their chat after 21:00 and received a response before 08:15 following morning confirming that the part I ordered had been superseded. Part fitted as expected can’t rate the service highly enough.”

“My initial inquiry was for a replacement boiling ring element. However, I decided not to proceed with attempting to replace the faulty element and replaced the complete hob instead. That is why I have only given a one-star rating on this occasion. I have the company details on record and will come back to you should I require a part for any appliance in the future.”

“Excellent service from UK Whitegoods, and a brilliant selection of products on their website. They had a spare part I needed for my tumble dryer (which is about 11 years old, so tracking down replacement parts is a bit of a nightmare). I discovered they are also based in my hometown, so instead of having to wait for a delivery, I was able to go and collect it from their warehouse after I had pre-ordered the part. Their customer service cannot be faulted, and they kept me informed of the order progress and were able to answer product questions that I had. Highly recommended and I will definitely purchase from them again!”
