“Usually a very good experience, however on this occasion I asked a question about a washing machine motor hoping for identification of a replacement. The answer was for a completely different motor, other websites showed my motor and the one suggested on this website. When I questioned this website's response I was basically told that's it. Result= scrapped washing machine.”
