“I ordered and paid for 2 items. Was subsequently emailed 3 days later informing me one part is no longer made and they didn't have the other part either.”

No, you ordered and paid for one item, a handle, that was made obsolete by the manufacturer, not us. The message was: apologies but the manufacturer advises us that this part is now out of stock and has been made obsolete. We have issued a full refund Sorry for any inconvenience Best Regards Clearly, not our choice and not us that made the part unavailable, that you'd have to take up with Beko.

“Flowmeter for a commercial style Whirlpool washing machine received as described & works perfectly. Would have given 5 🌟 but reduced to 3 🌟 as item took 8 days to delivery because it was sent with Hermes a company with poor record of service from experience which is shared by thousands reviews you see online. This is important as most customers ordering from a spare parts company require the item urgently as a machine or equipment has broken down. See WHICH ranking of Hermes which is nearly at bottom.”

That is why we offer the option, on most items of using free, Hermes/Evri and DPD, and you could have chosen to use DPD with the premium shipping as advised for urgently required items. We leave the choice up to the buyer to decide what best suits their own personal requirements at various prices.

“I purchased 2 fridge door handles from this company. I had searched everywhere, but found that even the original fridge manufacturer had discontinued them, therefore thought this company was not legit. I couldn’t be more wrong. The handles I received were immaculate. They arrived way before the due date and perfectly packaged. I couldn’t be more happy. Both my fridge and freezer now looks beautiful. So so glad I took a chance. Thank you UK Whitegoods. Please keep up the good work.”
