“My experience with UK Whitegoods was excellent in all respects. I received a reply to my queery within about 15 minutes with the correct details of the replacement part I needed, I replied about 2 hours later as I was unable to reply directly and was told I could pay via my Amazon account if I desired. I use this regularly so took up this offer and paid via Amazon, the whole order process took only anout 5 minutes and was very easy to fulfil, my part was delivered well within the delivery slot given, about 3 days, and I fitted it the following day. I can definitely reccomend using UK Whitegoods to anyone. Thank you”

“Absolutely wonderful service! Was trying to replace the top spinner of an old dishwasher which kept falling off mid cycle. Located me a compatible new part as the old one is not longer available. Recommended part fits perfectly and works a charm. Much cheaper than a new dishwasher. Very helpful, would use again 100%”

It might have helped if you'd asked about it. We've no clue what this was for, if it's the correct seal or not. Pretty much, we have no info at all other than, we sent the seal that you ordered. Therefore if it is incorrect there really is only on possible explanation, you ordered the wrong one.

It is a special factory order part that you are awaiting that is produced on request and, as you were advised, once ordered it cannot be cancelled etc. But it is presently in transit from Italy and will be delivered shortly.

“I'm not a washing machine repair man! However, I have just replaced my washing machine door seal with a genuine Bosch part from UK White Goods. I must admit it looked much easier on YouTube, but the hardest thing about it is refitting the retention clips with the spring on. Just keep at it, eventually, it will 'spring' into place! Now feeling rather pleased with myself, probably saving £100 by fitting it myself. Sorry Mr repair man, or Ms repair woman.”
