“the part i ordered didn't arrive within time scale indicated then had to email co. who suggested i should have paid for a tracked delivery!? In fairness to the Co. once i chased them they dispatched another one which arrived within the time scale. otherwise all good!”

“Absolutely excellent service I explained the problem with my dishwasher You diagnosed the part required ( when other companies didn’t bother replying ) Delivery was good even with a postal strike Part fitted and appliance now working I would certainly recommend your company”

“I cant rate any higher as: Ordered on 29 Nov 22 Not Received until 21/12/22! When I opened packet it was NOT the item I ordered but a different one. I ordered an Electrolux oven thermometer which showed Celsius scale large (rather than the fahrenheit scale). I already have one like the one that was sent but find it hard to read Celsius hence ordering another one!”

“Ordered a complete door which had to come from Europe in late November, plenty of room for disaster! Unfortunately when it arrived in the UK, my delivery company of choice messed it up big time. UK Whitegoods did all they could and even offered to order another for me. Luckily it eventually arrived after spending a week touring UK depots.”

“I was unable to find the correct part for my cooker and contacted UK Whitegoods for help. They were unable to get the part I needed and advised me to contact the maker directly. They replied very quickly and courteously and saved me a lot of time. This is a company I will not hesitate to use in the future.”
