“The part you advised me to buy was 3 times more expensive than the one that was showing on your website as being able to fit my fridge consequently no purchase made. I asked because again that was the advice given on website.”

“Part for cooker hood ordered 3rd April but cancelled 31st May as not received despite regular chasing with the company. I was advised that the problem was with their supplier in France but at no time was I contacted first and it appears that there isn't a system in place to check on outstanding orders and to keep the customer notified. Refund received as agreed but at no time was I offered compensation for any inconvenience. I'll now have to find another supplier.”

“I ordered a Door Shelf for my fridge on the 22/05/2024. I expected it to be dispatched not long after. Had to contact them on 27/05/2024 to say they are having problems and should be received and dispatched In the next couple of days. Still haven’t had a email to say it’s been dispatched. No communication unless I reached for it, won’t be using this company again that’s for sure”

“Sought advice relating to a Beko Fridge Freezer sensor on a Sunday, amazed to get a reply back Within a hour. Ordered the part which arrived within 2 days. Fitted it and the fridge freezer is back working. Great service would recommend.”

“I ordered a part for my freezer and it turned out they did not actually have it. They asked me if I wanted to wait 12 weeks but I didn't - so had to cancel and get a refund. A faff that I didn't need. Just don't sell things you don't actually have.”
