“E mailed white goods about a concern with my Neff oven who then informed me of an alternative universal part to fit saving considerably against manufacturers part arrived 3/4 days later and with slight adjustment fitted perfectly and works fine wife very pleased 😀😀”

“Brilliant! Great communication and help with serial numbers etc, in my case a fridge freezer broken flap on the bottom drawer. I didn't know that the drawer and flap are bought separately if needed, but Kenneth from Whitegoods said I only need to order the front flap, saving me another £30 for something not needed. I appreciated the free postage and wasn't in a hurry for the delivery. it arrived today very well wrapped and is now perfectly on my fridge drawer. I wholeheartedly recommend this site, they couldn't be more helpful.”

“My wife recently bought a burner cap for the hob, turns out she ordered the wrong size :). Returning the cap and getting a refund couldn't have been easier and when I sent an email with photo there was an immediate response with a link to the part we needed, ordered and it was here the next day, stunning service!”

“Thank you! My old Asko door latch broke after 16 years. The only supplier in Canada did not even respond to emails or phone calls. Your email reply was very prompt. The part arrived quickly, (even via Royal Mail and Canada Post!). I now have a functioning washer again. Thank you for your excellent service.”
