“I was slightly hesitant to buy from here as I'd not been able to source what I needed elsewhere and hadn't heard of this company. I checked reviews however before taking the plunge, but I'm glad I did! No problems. The item arrived well packaged. It fit and I'm really happy! Will definitely use them again if I need spares! “Goods are reasonably priced, despatch times and delivery times need to be improved. After using this service to get a couple of washing machine vibration dampeners, I had to wait for what I consider to be an unacceptable amount of time for delivery. I purchased another dampener from another supplier at exactly the same time as it wasn't available through this company, it arrived almost a week before UkWhiteGoods purchase; I may use this company again, but I would certainly look elsewhere first”

“Whilst you appear to have located the part I was looking for, it was a different brand and code number, so I wasn't confident in ordering it. You also stated I was out off stock, so I was not prepared to pay and wait for something that may or may not come back into stock!? I'm pleased you acknowledged my email and you were prompt.”
