“Placed my order August 8 received at my home address in Australia August 16. information received from this company was excellent, brief but complete detail of sent by Royal Mail, then air freight notified my package was in Australia and expected delivery. Pity we do not have this service in Aus down under. have forwarded this company's details to an appliance repairer in my home town because he is having trouble sourcing parts”

“i had been struggling to get a belt for my Argos bought Dryer and they were useless in offering the part number for the belt. I took a chance on a belt from whitegoods that fitted Bush and although it is not exactly the right belt it has done the job”

You only asked about a part, that's a special order item and not held in stock. You didn't order one from us. You did ask about it, the query was answered in 12 minutes but so far as we can see, no order was placed by you or for that part. Only one query was recieved, no others and none about it being out of stock. We think you may havbe reviewed the wrong business and would ask that you ammend accordingly.
