“We purchased some replacement parts for a Siemens refrigerator that were missing when we purchased a new home. Researched online and ordered the parts from UK Whitegoods on the basis that they were advertised as genuine spares. The parts were genuine spares as advertised at a far better price than Siemens themselves could supply. The delivery time was fine and the parts were very well packaged. Everything perfect. Thank you UK Whitegoods.”

“Kenneth replied promptly to each of my emails and although he was unable to supply the correct wave guide cover for my microwave he did direct me to Panasonic the manufacturer.I was then able to order a replacement cover for my microwave.”

“I received a welcome response and feedback regarding a request for parts for a fridge/freezer from a company that sadly went under a few years back. Although I was unable to resolve the problem, the customer service I received was really helpful and I would certainly return to this company in due course regarding any spare part issues I might have.
